[wptabtitle]The Art of Self-Defense[/wptabtitle] [wptabcontent]

Our program for Self-Defense is a concept of defense which has the goal of specialization.

Despite most of the other Martial Arts which can be very time-consuming, Self-Defense can be learned in quite a short time.

The concept is very unique, easy and direct, because it is more about effectiveness, functionality and reality than about show.
Economy, sophisticated mechanics of the body and precision in movement portray Self-Defense. Everyone has to be able to perform the concept as a part of their natural movement and strength.

It is an important aspect that people defend themselves with movements they are comfortable with.

Self-Defense gives the defender the possibility to comply with moral and lawful instructions. Hence, Self-Defense suits excellently for police officers, body guards and persons of security services.

In the training you can learn realistic and controlled-aggressive moves through the permanent performance of an attack and defense concept. By confrontation with different situations and grinding in of a conceptional act, someone gets to a real skill of Self-Defense.

[/wptabcontent][wptabtitle]The Art of unarmed Martial Arts[/wptabtitle] [wptabcontent]

Every country has its own history and hence its own Martial Arts. Mostly because of an emergency situation like suppression, war or defense of someone’s own good, Martial Arts were formed individually.

There are different concepts of fighting with and without weapons. The training also contains aspects of classic Martial Arts, modern Self-Defense and health.

Unarmed Martial Arts are a school program which leads the students to their own Martial Art.

Unarmed Martial Arts train the actions in a fight and works technically, without thinking about techniques.

So it is possible to deal with Self-Defense, or to walk the way of a Martial Arts student and optimize reflexes, structure, psyche and soul to a purely philosophical view of fighting.

Concept of training

Our concept: Learn Practice Train – Understand Master

Armed and unarmed Martial Arts are accomplished by three circles.

  • In the first circle a student should learn, practice and train the program without waiting time and depending on his or her ambition (effort). He or she is helped by a completely new methodology of training which on the one hand has to do with hard work, but on the other hand is fun. This should motivate students to go on following their way and keep them from stopping out of boredom or lack of understanding.
  • In the second circle the student learns the connection and combination of the learned techniques. The can develope and become FREE. It is not a goal of a Martial Art to emulate an ideal and hence fake someone else.
  • This leads to the third circle. Everything runs together and clears away. The Martial Artist found their own style – they fulfilled themselves.

[/wptabcontent][wptabtitle]The Art of armed Martial Arts[/wptabtitle] [wptabcontent]

Armed Martial Arts mean to protect their own and others, to shield someone.

To defend something by fighting is as old as the history of mankind.

By Armed Martial Arts someone understands the ability and skill of fighting with weapons and items of all kind, as well as fighting without weapons. Self-protection was a need of mankind since the year one.
Our program for weapons is a modern concept which allows someone in this day and age to newly revive ancient insights and practices.

Our program for weapons contains different styles (concepts) which can be transferred to all possible cutting and stabbing weapons. Ultimately, these concepts can also be used for unarmed Self-Defense.

The stick serves here only as a medium – just as well everyday objects can be used. In addition to it the usage of weapons with different weights and lengths is trained, e.g. Bo, shortsword, bihänder, etc.

Armed Martial Arts are the optimal addition for unarmed Martial Arts, advanced students do recognize the similarities between these two.

Our Combat class serves as a platform for Martial Artists who search for the physical comparison and the competition against each other. In view of security the training in this class takes place with protective equipment and physical restrictions. People who like ground combat get their money’s worth.
